My first week on board was a whirlwind of excitement and new experiences. Getting used to the ropes here was a bit like diving into the deep end, but surprisingly, I found my groove pretty quickly. Within just a week, I felt right at home, and I couldn’t be happier about it. 😊
Sure, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. Adjusting to a new company, a new truck, and unfamiliar roads was a bit stressful at first, especially for a guy like me who’s used to cruising around Bratislava and its surroundings. But thanks to the amazing support from my manager and the coordinators, those anxious moments passed by in a flash. Plus, I’ve made some great friends among the crew I work with! 🚛💨
On our off days, we love to hang out at the base for a barbecue or take off on a road trip with a rental from the company, exploring Germany’s rich nature with its forests and hiking trails. 🌲🏞️
I’d absolutely recommend fellow truckers to give “Excellent Drivers” a shot. So far, I haven’t encountered any downsides. The salary is not just on time, but it’s also pretty generous. And let me tell you, the communication around the clock is top-notch. Live, drive, and enjoy – that’s the motto! 🌟

Hej, I’m Dominik, Maika-Czajka’s older brother. We’re from Łódź, born and raised in a big family. 🇵🇱
I was the first to get my license, no second thoughts, just hit the road. I’m the one who got my younger brother into driving too. 🚛
I’ve got many decades of experience under my belt, trucking for various companies. Always wished I could be closer to home and family, but hey, the road’s my calling. Can’t picture myself doing anything else. I take pride in my work and was on the hunt for a company that values that. 😎
Was pretty content with my last company, spent four solid years there. But then my brother Martin recommended “Excellent Drivers”. Was a bit hesitant at first, but figured why not give it a shot since my brother was recommending. Plus, we’ve never worked together before, so it added some spice. 🤔
No regrets joining “Excellent Drivers”. They’re paying me better than my last company, and their bonus system’s got me hooked. 💰🤑
Now I’ve got more stability and more time to spend my free time closer to home. Waking up to go to work isn’t a burden anymore; the hours just fly by.

I’ve always wanted to be a truck driver ever since I was a kid, ya know? My old man was one, and he backed me up in chasing that dream. He even helped me get my license and all the categories sorted out. That was a huge boost. When I was a little dude, pops used to haul across Europe like it was no big deal. He’s been everywhere, man. And me? Well, I made it happen too! A 37-year-old dude from Uzbekistan, truckin’ through Europe, livin’ it up! 💭🚚
I’ve had some crazy good times, like running into my buddy from back home while on a project. Small world, huh? Feels like home, even miles away. 🏡🛩
Just had a quick chat with the coordinators, and they’ve teamed us up to keep rockin’ this project together. How cool is that? You get to reconnect with old pals, make some new ones, travel around, and just soak up life. My aim was to see the world, and thanks to “Excellent Drivers,” that dream’s become a reality. 📸🎉

Cześć koledzy! My name is Martin Czajka but you might know me as Maika-Czajka. Originaly from Łódź. 🇵🇱
My journey started back in another Polish company. Initially, trucking was just about the paycheck, but it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the job. There’s something about hitting the roads that gets me going. I always had this itch to work abroad, but most companies had routes in between countries. 🚚🛣
Then along came “Excellent Drivers”. Now, I’m sticking to German territory, which feels like home turf. The pay’s solid, and the team’s top-notch. I’m out there feeling like a pro. Plus, they set me up with a project close enough to swing by and see my wife and our three amazing daughters. 👨👩👦👦
I was so impressed with this company that I brought my brother, Dominik, on board. It’s great to have family involved; this company’s got that family vibe. 🫱🏼🫲🏽
